Dasha’s ideology is simple: You Only Have One Body – Your Body  And Your Body Has Amazing Potential. Our goal, in classes, through instructor certifications, and most importantly through our popular home fitness Body and Scorcher Series DVDs is to help you unlock that potential.

You are also not losing weight, or shedding stubborn pockets of fat. Dasha has spent over a decade developing a system that is based on science, experience, and expertise. Taking her years in martial arts, her Masters in Sports Science, her work with actors and other A-list stars, her background growing up in Russia and of course her own weight struggles, Dasha developed a method that helps women (and men) look and feel the way they always wanted. It was important for Dasha to do this with a program that provides minimal impact on the joints, and doesn’t consume a persons life. It was also important to make it available to everyone, even those wanting to train in the comforts of their own home.

Need A Little Science?

Because muscle is metabolically more active than fat, it needs more calories to live. Luckily, lean muscles are exactly what you get during your Kettlebell Kickboxing™ Body and Scorcher Series DVD workouts and live Kettlebell Kickboxing™ classes. Dasha’s martial arts sculpting principles will never get you to form bulky muscles, instead helping you to develop a long and lean shape. Think about it, was Bruce Lee bulky? No, neither is any other martial artists you know. Somehow they all maintain a lean and sculpted shape, are super fit and active well into their old age. Keep in mind: muscles work magic – they not only lift and sculpt fat storing areas in the body, they also burn calories way after your workout is done. Lastly, your lean muscles will serve as a great source of injury prevention, not only during activity but internally, helping to build a healthier, stronger YOU.

Kettlebell Kickboxing™ is also unique because of its Martial HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles. Dasha’s Martial HIIT intervals are not just a regular High Intensity Interval (2-for-1 work-rest ratio) – Martial HIIT uses the basic principles of martial art intervals, which have been around for centuries. In martial arts, it is typical to see 3 or 4 minute rounds of training with a 1-minute rest. It is also common to see 15 -20 seconds of explosive motion followed by static resistance. This allows you to maximize calorie burn, maintain optimal muscle recruitment, and raise your metabolic rate long after the training has finished, all while minimizing the actual time you spend working out. Clinically proven to show triple the results of steady state cardio like the elliptical, High Intensity Intervals are a key component of every training session.
